USC makes it to the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2023

TheUniversity of San Carlos was among the top universities in the Philippines that qualified in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2023 which assesses universities around the world against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Out of the 17 UN goals,USC submitted and was assessed on Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3), Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG 6), and Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11). A fourth SDG, namely Partnership for the Goals (SDG 17), is mandatory for all submissions.

Globally, a total of 1,591 institutions from 112 countries and regions were measured and only 29 higher education institutions (HEIs) from the Philippines qualified.

USC  is home to several research centers and department or school-based research groups that focus on a range of topics, from renewable energy to social justice.
The University also offers undergraduate courses and postgraduate programmes within the following Schools: architecture, fine arts and design, arts and sciences, business and economics, education, engineering, healthcare professions, and law and governance.

聖卡洛斯大(dà)學是菲律賓頂尖大(dà)學之一，獲得(de)了(le)《泰晤士報高(gāo)等教育》2023年影(yǐng)響力排名的(de)資格，該排名根據聯合國可(kě)持續發展目标(sdg)對(duì)世界各地的(de)大(dà)學進行評估。

在17個(gè)聯合國目标中，聖卡洛斯大(dà)學提交了(le)良好健康和(hé)福祉(可(kě)持續發展目标3)、清潔水(shuǐ)和(hé)衛生(可(kě)持續發展目标6)以及可(kě)持續城(chéng)市和(hé)社區(qū)(可(kě)持續發展目标11)，并接受了(le)評估。第四個(gè)可(kě)持續發展目标，即目标夥伴關系(可(kě)持續發展目标17)，是所有提交的(de)強制性要求。

在全球範圍内，共有來(lái)自112個(gè)國家和(hé)地區(qū)的(de)1591所高(gāo)等教育機構接受了(le)評估，其中隻有菲律賓的(de)29所高(gāo)等教育機構合格。

聖卡洛斯大(dà)學是幾個(gè)研究中心和(hé)部門或學校研究小組的(de)所在地，這(zhè)些研究小組專注于從可(kě)再生能源到社會正義的(de)一系列主題。

大(dà)學還(hái)在以下(xià)學院開設本科課程和(hé)研究生課程: 建築、美(měi)術與設計、藝術與科學、商業與經濟、教育、工程、醫療保健專業、法律與治理(lǐ)。
